If you're improving yourself, read this...

I've read somewhere, "DISCIPLINE is the HIGHEST FORM of self-love", and I agree to the core. Self love is nothing but just taking care of yourself, upskilling yourself, making the best version of yourself, being happy with yourself. And when they say discipline is the highest form of self love, they meant to be disciplined enough to meditate daily.
Disciplined enough to workout regularly (including rest days).
Disciplined enough to take proper meals everyday.
Disciplined enough to have fixed sleep schedule.
Disciplined enough to take showers everyday.
Disciplined enough to shut your mouth in situations where you don't need to talk.
Disciplined enough to keep learning new things, to read.
Disciplined enough to not being afraid to talk to new people.
Disciplined enough to focus on what need to be focused on.
Disciplined enough to journal.
Disciplined enough to say no.
Disciplined enough to study (even if you don't want to).
Disciplined enough to keep yourself hydrated.
Disciplined enough to not pay attention to things and people that are not worthy of your time and energy.
Disciplined enough to not be lazy.
Disciplined enough to not force things and people, to let them go.
Disciplined enough to maintain your looks, to invest your capital-time-energy in yourself.
Disciplined enough to take action.
Disciplined enough to make a comeback after a setback because slacking behind is normal, it's okay to take a day off and do nothing BUT DON'T make this your routine.
And disciplined enough to do everything that adds value to your life, that improves your life.

One more thing I would like to add is don't let this "self improvement concept" lift up your ego. Prevent yourself of thinking of you so highly that you start insulting and behaving coldly with normal people ( that's what these self improvement people think of other people). Saying this with experience because I was also one of them, but soon I realised that it's not them, it's me. I'm a computer science student, so obviously I'm into this hackathon/ internship thing. I got to know about a hackathon and I needed someone to form a team, so I asked my friends who're also from tech backgrounds, if they would like to do it. They said no. I felt bad. I analysed my situation with my friends and that made me realised that till now, I never really had friends who would you know...force me to level up, to grind hard... together. No, I was that friend for me. Again, as usual, I blamed my destiny that why I can't have someone, why I can't have friends of the same mindset, with whom I can plan my future, share my goals, my progress, why can't I have someone with whom I can enjoy this grinding, this hustle. But, since I was that friend for me, I explained it to myself that these people around me are just my "friends" for fun, sharing memes, gossiping about each other's life, not to discuss future, goals, some real world talk, NO. Maybe, I'll find someone like-minded, who would love to talk about things that I want to do, in future, but till then I only have myself. And I should be okay with that and the good part is that I'm. And who said that I'm alone, I don't have anyone. I've my parents, my books with me. God is with me. There's a saying in Hindi, that goes 'jiska koi nahi hota, uska khuda hota hai'.
And yeah, that's it for this one, I went too far I guess😅 but I wrote my heart out in this one. I'll see you next time.

Normalise Randomness

Before starting this blog, I want to offer some advice, especially to those who want to write a book. Never, I mean NEVER, write down a topic unless you have time to write about it. Who knows what your mood will be like next time? Right! Okay, back to today's topic... or not. I never really started a new topic; I was just busy giving advice. And now I'm writing this because I forgot why I picked up my pen and diary (yeah, you read that right - I don't write directly on my PC or phone). What was I about to write? And... you know what? I guess I found my topic: it's okay to not have a specific topic to talk or write about. I mean, you could just pick up your pen and diary/notebook and start writing about what's on your mind. At least, that's what works for me. Writing makes me feel better, and talking hides my true self. When I'm with friends, I talk a lot - I don't know why or how, but I just can't stop myself. But the moment I'm alone, I'm quiet. I do have talk sessions with myself, but sometimes I just write, quietly. My mouth needs some rest, bruh. Like right now, I'm writing every single word coming to my mind instead of spitting it out. Which is actually quite good - my hand is exercising, and my brain is doing... well, random thinking. I'm not using my phone (ironically, I'm typing this on my phone). Yeah, that's it for this one. I hope some of you can relate.

High value hobbies are a myth?

A few days ago, I was wasting my time scrolling on YouTube, there's this video in my recommendation saying, "High-value hobbies ever men should have". I watched that video and then searched up for HiGh VaLuE HoBbIeS EvErY WoMeN SHoUlD HaVe. I watched 2-3 videos, only to realise what dumbsh!t I was consuming in the name of content. My exams were going on that time( yes, and yet I was wasting my time doomscrolling on YouTube). Now that my exams got over, I'm finally able to write again ( I scored well in that exam btw🙂).
Just a disclaimer that what you're about to read is just my personal opinion, if you don't agree with me, please let me know in the comments below.
What I personally believe is that hobby is something, some sort of activity that gives us joy, peace. Whenever we feel like like doing nothing, we tend to do something which we prefer to do in our boring times, may be when we want to..you know, escape our reality, full of problems, for a while. For most of the people of today's generation, Gen-Z, this hobby seems to be doomscrolling on YouTube short videos, Instagram reels, not a very fun or creative thing to do(we are stuck in this loop fr). My hobbies are reading, writing and a lot more, but I would like to mention just these two here. Well, talking about my hobbies, these are not something very unique but that's what I enjoy doing and that's what I thought after watching those videos that hobbies are something of your own, you own your hobbies. You can't, nor you should develop hobbies to impress someone, that's wierd. Hobby is to make your own self happy nor someone else. Those videos have millions of views, seriously, people are searching up for hobbies that they should adapt to make them look or feel cool, to make people like them, like you don't even know what you like to do personally, are you for real, that's sh!t.
Search within you, for you, by yourself, not on social media platforms.
Spending time on your hobbies, something you like to do is supposed to be in your own little happy world where you just do you and no enternal existence is going to disturb you. Trust me when I say this, but you CAN'T find that happiness online.
That's it for this one, I'll see you next time:)

Dosti - a never ending saga

Humans can talk!

Humans talk too much. Why? Is it necessary, what's the need to talk too much. Obviously, talking is necessary, it's important. To show our emotions, to convey our feelings, not just this, we need to speak to carry our day to day life. They say, communication is the key, definitely it is. Some talk less, some too much. But do we really need to take out the thoughts 💭 out of our mind, through our mouth? Do we? Writing is a great habit, we could've write our thoughts, feelings, but we choose speaking. You know, speaking is an art and not everybody is an artist. Sometimes it's just better to keep your mouth shut. Argument is something that foolish people do, wise choose to stay calm. But the question is why do arguments even happen in the first place?! When thoughts of two different personalities collide with each other, obviously our brains work differently, but that's not the case everytime, sometimes, our mentality matches with some people (GenZs prefer saying- vibe) , we often call them friends and in extreme cases, best friends. People need to understand that emotions are something they need to control, because mind me people if you're not self- controlled, sorry to say you're nothing more than a piece of sh!t in the form of a human body. "Humans" are known to be the best, intelligent creatures of all times, atleast for now, even after that we are not able to control our thoughts. What we need to understand is our brain, our own fuck!ing brain, like this, I wrote 'fuck!ing', because I thought it sounds cool but at the same at the same time I'm aware that it's not. Talk, when it's necessary, not when you want to and this, my friend, is something which is not possible in some scenerios . You need to put your whole focus only on your brain activities, all the time, what you do, how you do, why are you even doing this. But slowly you'll start getting things. There's absolutely no one who's going to help you through this, but you also know that people who can control their emotions are powerful. Bcause they play mind games, tactics with their own mind, like seriously dude, if you think it's easy, yo bro you can, I can do this bhal blah blah. It's not that easy, but that's your mind that keeps telling it's easy,  you can do this. BOOM! That's you own brain. You ever realise that sudden wave of motivation, it's all in here 🧠. You just have to take control of it, but again reminding you that it is not going to be an easy task at all. See, how I started writing about why humans talk too  much and now i'm writing about brain, what's this? It's the same brain, I just shifted from one topic to another which actually, at some point, are correlated to each other.
That's it for this one I guess. I hope you got to learn something from this.

Day 4-5 of hr-analytics-project

Last night I finally finished designing dashboard of this hr analytics project.  It had four pages. At that time I genuinely thought it look...
