Repitition of habits

Habits, something that is repititive, a routine that we follow almost everyday. But, there are some habits that we tend to do on some events of our life, that may not be a part of our daily routine, but they happens, once in a while, once in a month or two. For example, you're choosen by the teacher to speak on stage, in front of everyone and YOU ARE A confident kid but still there's nervousness, which makes you shake your leg. It's a habit, you only do it, when you're nervous and the thing is that you don't even do it, it just happened. It's normal, it's okay to not always be confident, but don't let that nervousness overshadow you. That's some motivation dose, but yeah let's just stick to our topic, habits. What I actually wanted to say is that all of our habits are acquired by our surroundings, environment. It's not like what we are today is just because of a single person. Our parents, first of all, they start building our personality, they teach us basic manners and etiquettes, how to act in front of certain people, who should we help, who should we talk to, how to talk, greet etc. Then, in schools, our teachers and fellow classmate's behaviour starts altering our personality and that process continues in senior classes, college, job/ business world as well. And that's how it is done. There's no shame in changing your opinion and accepting it after gaining more knowledge about that thing. That's how we grow. With our age, our opinions need to be changed on a lot of issues, but obviously not on everything. Whenever I hear people saying that they have learnt everthing from this particular person, they're my only ideal, that's wrong, they're basically lying without even knowing it. Whatever they're today, that's not and can't be just because of one person, there are a lot of people in the making of that superior version of them. Yes, you can say that they've taught you everything about a particular field, that's a correct statement.
I don't know what made me write this, that not what I wanted to write but yeah it is what it is, happens sometimes. That's it for this one, see you all next time.

Stay hydrated y'all♡
Bye.

Hell on earth?

The internet is a weird place. One day, I was mindlessly scrolling through Instagram (bad habit, I know 😭) when I saw a reel saying, "You attract what you are, not what you want." I tried to associate this with my situation, wondering if I'm the one who's wrong, and that's why I don't have many friends. As I continued scrolling, I saw another reel saying, "Real people always have fewer friends." Again, I tried to relate it to my situation. Social media is hell; it won't let us live in peace. Every reel brings a new emotion, and we start associating ourselves with it, even if we don't want to.

Yesterday, I saw a reel saying, "There's definitely something wrong; someone among us is lying. Otherwise, how has everyone been deceived?" It made me think about how everyone faces toxicity, bad behaviour whether it's family or friend.
We're always the villains in someone's story and side characters in someone else's. But we have our own life, where we're the main character. We should ensure that we don't become a side character or villain in our own story because of others.

Life in 20s is...

I've heard people talking a lot about 20s. 20s are like this, like that, do this , do that. I personally believe that there are four types of lives, people live in there 20s.
The very first one are those who are doing nothing to serve their future, to make themselves disciplined, consistent, better over all, they don't have a routine, they just have a lot of friends around them, they are partying most of the time, active on social media, just pure enjoyment, that's it, nothing other than that.
The second one are those who have the least amount of friends, they work on themselves, they meditate, workout, study, follows a routine, don't party much or even not at all, not really active on social medias, they're just hustling hard to make them a better version of themselves.
Then there's this third category, they don't have friends, they don't even work on themselves, they don't party, ofcourse they can't because that requires people which they don't have, they don't move their body, they don't work, they don't study, they don't do well in their respective fields. WORST TYPE OF PEOPLE, in my opinion. All they do is just complaint, be depressed all the time, lazy and what not. These type of people are just stuck in a rot, in a negative loop, that is just sucking their potential. I really hope whoever is reading this must not feel relatable with the third category, they are worst than the people of first category, they're enjoying atleast, even if it is going to cause them in future, atleast they're happy in their present. Third category people are ruining their present and future as well.
Can you guess the fourth category?
The one who knows how to  maintain balance and it's a skill which needs to be learned. People who belong to the fourth category are rare, not saying that they don't exist, they do, but they are very less. They can hustle and still take out time to enjoy with friends and do a lot more, the typical ideal child:')
What category suits you the best, lemme know.
You know, people in their 20s are basically in their experimentation phase, they try a lot of things, and that's how it should be, if you're not like this, you're wasting your 20s, according to me atleast. Blogging is one of my interests, I love to write, to jot down my thoughts about something and that's why I write here.
